Just thought on putting out a note on the process of clan matches, so that everyone is aware on the workings and to make it as fair as possible.
Once a game is organised a new message will be put out on the forum with dates and details. Those wishing and able to play at that time should post up on the forum. Given the level of interest and the teams being finite, I would wish that everyone gets a match at sometime, so it will not be based upon a first come first picked basis, this should allow all members to get a game. I would like to operate in a way that all can put their names down, but those that have gamed more frequently or recently I would appreciate consideration that another member may be given a team place first.
Should there not be enough interest closer to the arranged match, I shall PM those that have registered an interest in playing for the clan to ask if they wish to play and decide on a team from those responses.
In order to ensure we have score and match details, it would also be appreciated that one of the team keeps a tally of those, volunteers would be greatly accepted, (badges are available for this) but I would not wish to force anything on to any one person.
Should someone post up and be part of the team, but are unable to play, can you please let me know as soon as so that someone else can play, but also we could have substitutes that are on hand on the night should something happen to a member eg. connection issues.
As a community I do feel that here we are all here together and do hope that everyone is supportive of others to play, and understanding of trying to be fair to all.
The forthcoming game shall go ahead with the team as set, with further games to come, and thank you all for the support and interest in the clan matches to date.
